HealthBoxed was started with the mission of making healthier snacks more available for employees.
Since then, we’ve expanded in order to help our clients promote more aspects of employee wellness. Now, we fully customize every client’s HealthBoxes based on the wellness initiative they’re focusing on, such as Self-Care, Mental Health, Exercise, Open Enrollment, and much more. HealthBoxes can include items such as stress-relieving supplements, sunscreen, resistance bands, healthy snacks, and mindfulness journals, as well as custom-printed materials like an EAP flyer and a custom note card.
Instead of making our clients conform to standardized pricing, we create a solution that is tailored to their wellness fund budget, ensuring that these funds never go to waste and that every company can use HealthBoxes to promote employee wellness.
HealthBoxed has grown quickly, earning the business of companies of all sizes and their health insurance providers who use our employee wellness boxes to drive meaningful engagement in their wellness initiatives and benefits resources.
We made it easy and efficient to order HealthBoxes because employee wellness is often a collaborative effort between companies and their health insurance providers. Our clients simply tell us two things: their per-employee budget and the wellness initiative they’re running, and we handle the rest— curating their wellness products, custom printing their informational material, and organizing the delivery of HealthBoxes to employees across the country.

Note from the Founder
I became a Certified Integrative Nutritionist and specialized in the corporate wellness industry. In the beginning of my career, I started teaching healthy cooking classes and hosting wellness days at offices in New York City. This gave me the opportunity to hear first hand from employees about the challenges that their career imposed upon their efforts to live a healthy lifestyle. HealthBoxed became my method of making it easy for organizations to make a meaningful difference in an employee’s health and well-being. It’s been exciting to see the company grow, from packing the first HealthBoxes myself out of my studio apartment in New York City, to now being able to ship out up to 20,000 boxes a day from our fulfillment center.
